my little angel was born at 24 wks and passed away in my arms at 4months. he is a much loved son and brother, he was allowed home after 15wks on nnicu,he had problems with his breathing so was rushed into hospital,he was put on life support and sadated and had to be transfered to a childrens hospital,we was there for about 3 hours, when the specialist told us there was nothing they could do for him,we then had the awful decision to take him of life support and to let him go, he died in my arms just before 5 that same day, il never forget the sounds of him trying to hold on, i miss you toby r.i.p my little angel,love you always xxxxxxxxxxxx
we later found out the cause of death and that he shoudnt have been discharged in the first place,after we found this out we went looking for answers which we never got. so at the moment im in the process of trying to get all his medical records.
i didnt want are toby to be alone so we picked out this little bear and everywhere
are angel went this little bear went with him from the day he was born,(from one hospital to another)we made sure that when he passed this little bear went with him and stayed with him,we spent a few hours holding him after he left us
before we had to make are long journey home alone,
we had to wait 2 weeks before they would release our babys body which was hard,as we had to organise transport to receive his body,we buried are angel on the friday which was really hard,my hubby and i carried his little white coffin into the church with a single red rose resting on the top, at the end of the service as everyone made there way out to the cemetry we had eric clapton tears to heaven playing,we laid are little boy to rest,the hardest part was leaving him.
